week 14 Grammer quote
NaPoWriMo Day 20
We walked in class took down the chairs and sat down in our seats. Then, we wrote the agenda down. Then, Jaiden W. did the blog and picked me. Then, we did our grammar and quote. The grammar was hyperbole (an exaggeration), idiom (a common non-literal saying), and onomatopeia (word that mimic the sound). Then, we talked about the quote: "Water does not resist. Water flows. [...] Dripping water wears away at stone. Remember you are half water. If you can't go through an obstacle, go around it. Water does." Margaret Atwood
Next, we handed out the poetry packets and read a poem. Then we watched the "Home" poem. Then, we wrote our poems for day 18 and 19.
