Week 12: Grammar, Quote

NaPoWriMo: Day 6

HW: Read & write a poem a day!

When we got into class and sat down in our seats we watched the take a minute video and I went up to read my blog. When I was done reading my blog I picked myself and Katie to do the blog with me. Then, we did our Grammar: lyric- a poem that is musical. meter: the rhythm of a poem. line breaks/enjambment. Quote: " Do not ignore the pain. Give it a purpose. Use it." by Amanda Gorman. We also watched a video of Amanda Gorman saying her poem called 'The Hill We Climb" in Washington Dc speaking about the COVID-19 pandemic and the January 6th Capitol attack, emphasizing unity over division. After that, we wrote a poem for day 6 of our NaPoWriMo within 4 minutes. Lastly, we packed up and got dismissed.

  Agenda  Take a minute blog/corrections  Creatober day 3 Week 8:Quiz SCHOOL TRIP    HW Read THE OUTSIDERS   p. 1-84 by Monday! First, we all marched into class, and all yelled "123 MARCH 123 MARCH 123 MARCH". Then, we sat down in our seats and took our thinking caps out of our backpacks and began singing to the choir, and began writing our agenda. After that, we did our take a minute video, Then, two little elves came up and read their blog. Subsequently, we began our createobers and, little elf number six did her Blueberry bowl out of  elf ear wax, and elf number seven made her little green bean soldier holding 67. When we finished our createobers and pulled out our English notebooks, we started going over our notes for the week 8 Quiz and the Footwahb. OH shoot. My Latin came out. I meant elves.
