 Agenda Take a minute  blog/corrections Week 7: Lines  Lit. circle essays  HW: Essays due 3/4 read toward IRP goal We started off the day by doing our blog and listening to the speech by Sojourner Truth and wrote about it then shortly after we continued working on our essays. Then, the bell rang and we left class.

 AGENDA. Take a minute. Blog/corrections Week 7: Grammar/Quote lit. circle essays HW: Essays due 3/2. Read toward IRP goal. We walked into class, put our backpacks down, and started to do our Essay basics review. Then, we read a quote about treating women and girls by Michelle Obama. Then, the bell rang and we packed up.  

 Agenda 2/20/2026 Take a minute blog/corrections  Week 6: Quiz  Literature Circles Homework: Finish Literature Circle Books We got into class and sat down and began writing our agenda for 2/20/2026. We finished our Week 6: Song to prepare for our Week 6: Quiz. We listened to the song " Strange Fruit" by Billie Holiday."Strange Fruit:"  is a powerful 1939 protest song. We talked about the events happening in the south; southern lynching (hanging) used to terrorize. Later, we took out our computers and began taking our Quiz. Lastly, we got packed up and dismissed. 

AGENDA take a minute  blog/corrections week 6 question-lines  student led conferencing HW complete lit.circle books! S.L.C.S on Thursday 5-7 pm Today, we came to class and did our agendas in our binder reminders. Then, we watched the take a minute video. Then, we read an article about the presidents of the U.S. After that, we finished our letters for the conferencing. Then, the bell rang and we left.

 Agenda Take a minute Blog / Corrections Week 6: Grammar, Quote, Question, Song, Lines Student Led Conferencing Homework:   Complete Literature Circle Books We got into class and sat down in our new assigned seats. Then, we took out our binders and wrote down the agenda. After that, we started writing our Week 6: Grammar and Quote. We studied the quote, " Take all the courses in your curriculum. Do the research. Ask questions. Be curious." By Katherine Johnson. Later, we wrote our student led conferencing letters. We wrote about what we are learning in our English class, who we are as readers. Lastly, we packed up and got dismissed.

 Agenda: Take a minute Blog/Corrections Week 5 Quiz Book Project Gallery Walk Homework: Read 100 pages in Literature Circles this week. Book Projects due Thursday! First, we got into class and sat down in our seats, wrote down our agenda, and then we took a minute. After that, Jayden read the blog that he finally did after a week. When he finished reading the blog, we were told to turn in our book projects if we had not turned them in yet. We then were given our certificates for anyone who got honor roll or high honor roll. We then took our quiz, the bell rang, and we left.

AGENDA take a minute blog correction s week 5 question literature circles Hw read 100 pages in lit circles this week  book projects are due Thursday ' We got into class and did our agenda and then Ms Nakada called me up again to do my blog. We watched the take a minute video and then we  wrote our week 5 Composition books. Then,we got into our literature circles. After that,  Ms Nakada comes and grades our literature circles and then we pack up and leave.
