Adrian's Sixth Blog

AGENDA take a minute blog- corrections week 3: quiz reader's workshop HW: Finish books.  We started off taking our seats down. Then, we were writing down our agendas. After that, Steven was reading his blog and then chose me. Right now, I was reading the first paragraph of "Hanging Fire" by Audre Lorde. She talks about how she feels like her skin has betrayed her 'cause she's ashy and feels like life's not fair we were writing down what she's going through. Then, after that, we were reading our books so we can finish it for homework. I'm reading a book called Wonder . I think its' an okay book so far. We just got done reading our books. Right now we're doing summaries for our agendas and putting the numbers for the pages. We packed up and left the class.

 AGENDA ; Take a minute blog/corrections week 3: song  HW: finish books by this week We started off the day by doing our agenda. Then, we all pulled our books out and listened to the song. After, we started notes on our song and then pulled our books that we are currently reading and read until the end of class. Then the bell rang and we left class.

Agenda  Take a min. Blog/ Corrections Week 3: Question Readers Workshop HW: Finish the books this week! First, we rode into class on our jet packs and hung them up on our jet hangers. Once we did that, we all floated over to our seats and removed our keepsakes which is a future word for backpack but then we sat down at out battle station AKA our desks. Once we did that, we removed our algorithm where we write our daily plan.  Subsequently, we underwent a mandatory, one-minute digital mindfulness simulation and  initiated an emergency, manual override of our respiratory systems, focusing on deep, diaphragmatic, belly-inflating oxygen replenishment. As we began listening to what we were supposed to do a duel began right in the middle of the midevil dungeons and men came out in horses from both doors and began they're sword fight and took Katie in the process of the duel, our teacher tried to refocus us but it was very difficult so we all sang a song in honor of the kidnappi...

AGENDA take a minute blog/corrections week 3: Grammar Quote  reader's workshop |HW| Finish books this week!   We started off our morning by taking out our binder reminders and began writing down today's agenda. After, we took out our English notebooks and started week 3 Grammar and Quote.  The grammar was the bad/badly, and good/well.  The quote was "It is our duty to fight for our freedom. It is our duty to win. We must love and protect one another. We have nothing to lose but our chains." Assata Shakur Then, we began  reader's workshop, and the bell rang.

  Agenda Take a minute  Blog corrections Summaries BR Reader's workshop  Week 2 quiz Hw read toward finishing books by next week! We started off the day by listening to the take a minute and taking our binder reminders out and writing the agenda. Then, we started doing our summaries and continuing our books. Once we were done, we wrote our summaries about our books that we were reading and the pages we left off at. After that, we took out chromebooks and took our quiz.

 AGENDA Take a minute  Blog / corrections  Week 2 : Lines  reader's workshop  HW - Read towards finishing books by next week. We started the day by doing the take a minute video. Then, Landon and Aaden did their blog and picked me and Irma. After, we pulled out our English notebook and did our lines. Once we were finished with our lines, Ms. Nakada told us to take out the book we have and start reading. Then, we packed up and left.

Agenda Take a minute blog corrections Week 2: question - song  reader's workshop HW Read toward finishing books by next week First, we walked into class and sat in our seats. Then, we wrote the agenda. After, Jonathan and Jacob read their blog. They picked Aaden and me to do the blog. Once we started writing our blog, we also began taking notes. We did the question and song, the question was "What does it mean to be an ally?" The song was "We Shall Overcome." Then, we listened to the song.  After, we pulled our books out and read our book for the rest of the class. In the end, we packed up and left for our second period.

 Agenda: Take a minute. Blog correction. Reader's workshop. Week one quiz. Summary for week one. HW: Read toward 100 pages for the week. Today when we went into class the first thing we did was read Nelly's blog. Then, we did some  readers' workshops for some silent reading. Then, we opened up our chromebooks and notebooks so we can take the week one quiz. Finally, we closed our chromebooks and took out our pens so that we can do the summary for week one in our notebooks. We packed up and left.

We came in class, sat down in our seats, did our agendas, and then we took a minute. After the take a minute, Ms. Nakada showed us a video for our lines. Then, Ms. Nakada told us to take our books out and read. We then took out our notebooks out and wrote about summaries. Then, the bell rang, and we packed up and left.

 Agenda  take a minute  blog correction  week 1 song A.C.E. reader's/writer's workshop HW: Read towards 100 pages for the week! today we came in and went to our seats, then we did our agenda and after we did our agenda Ms.nakada put the take a minute ,after the take a minute ,we took out our English note book, and then she put on the song , shallow by Lady Gaga/Bradley Cooper. after we finished writing in our English notebooks, we started reading for 15 minutes,and after we read for 15 minutes we did our A.C.E. prompted. We packed up and left.

  Agenda  Take A Min Blog/Corrections Week 1:Question Spring Reading Plan HW: Read toward 100 pages for the week We came into class and sat down quietly in our seats. Then, the class took out our agendas and started copying the board. We wrote down Week 1: Question."What are you excited/anxious for in 2026?" Later, we began our spring reading plan and checking how many books we read and how many words. Lastly, with a couple of minutes to spare  we independently read our spring books. We got dismissed and left.

Agenda blog / corrections week 1: Grammar Quote  Word of the year HW Spring semester reading plan We started the day by sitting in new seats and pulling out our agendas. After that, Anabelle had been picked to do the blog and asked Irma do to it with her. Then, we started writing on our English notebooks and began writing. We started writing our word of the year. Then, we packed up and left.
